【deep gratitude or happiness】

I have been studying Buddhism for the past several years. I feel that my mental attitude has changed considerably.

There are several key words for me, and this time I would like to introduce one of them, "Zuiki".

Zui-ki" simply means that when someone does something good or something good happens to someone else, we rejoice together, saying, "Congratulations! When someone does something good, or something good happens to someone else, we rejoice together. It is said that the more deeply and sincerely you rejoice, the more blessed and virtuous you will be.

It is also said that the more deeply we rejoice, the more blessed and virtuous we will be. It is said that when you do something good, rejoicing with yourself also leads to the accumulation of good fortune. For example, when you do something nice for someone and they thank you for it, or when you take a seat for a pregnant woman on the train, you should be proud of yourself and say, "I did a good thing today! Isn't that kind of human-like (laugh)?

We all have feelings of jealousy, especially in this age of social networking, and it seems that there are many small seeds of jealousy. When we cannot honestly celebrate someone's success, if we make it a habit to automatically think, "Good for you," or "That's great," before we start to feel the negative emotions that well up, something seems to change. To put it bluntly, I think it will change your life.

If you spend less time being irritated and more time in a good mood, the atmosphere around you will change, and the people who come to you will also change. You may have to force yourself to change your way of thinking at first, but as you continue to do so, you will find that it will become your normal way of thinking. Please give it a try.
